jolieJolie Fleming  Vice President & General Manager, Viewpoints Technology Platform

Jolie FlemingJolie comes to us from Q Interactive/CoolSavings, where she worked for nearly seven years in various capacities including (but definitely not limited to), organizational development, market strategy, business development and sales/account management. While her achievements were many, Jolie’s most proud of the team’s ability to lead a corporate turnaround as well as attract and retain some of the Internet’s top talent. Early in her career, Jolie also dabbled in the Broadcast Journalism field and spent time learning at NBC, ABC, and PBS. (She had to use that Journalism degree some how!)

kimKim Smith  VP of Sales & Business Development

Kim has spent the last nine years immersed in many facets of the Internet Advertising industry.  In her role as COO at Active Response Group, Kim established and instituted organizational processes, including strategic planning, corporate communication, formalized goal setting and performance benchmarking, reporting structures, and detailed financial tracking to bolster the infrastructure of this lead generation startup.  Before joining Active Response Group, Smith served as Senior Vice President of Q Interactive, where she helped dramatically increase the size of the Q Network through business development and media buying partnerships, and prior to joining Q Interactive, Kim spent six years at Zacks Investment Research.  As Vice President of Advertising for the Zacks InvestorReach Network, she led the establishment of a vertical advertising network focused exclusively on financial sites.

In her pre-Internet life, Kim dedicated six years to helping further the mission of AIESEC, a global NGO that promotes leadership and community involvement through its international work exchange program. Her service culminated in her election as President of the Irish division of AIESEC and the opportunity to live and work in Dublin, Ireland.

Kim is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Cincinnati.  Originally from small town Ohio, she now prefers the energy and pace (but not weather!) of Chicago and lives in the Wicker Park neighborhood with her highly spoiled dog, Bamboo.

Todd Koehler  VP of Product Management

Rating: 4.5 out of 5 Stars
Pros: Works well with others, a good cook, consumes as little printer paper as possible
Cons: Always washing his hands, tends to tell bad jokes, scared of the fax machine

Review Description:
Todd has been actively leading product development initiatives for over ten years specializing in identifying and executing new product offerings within established industries. Whether dealing in markets like industrial plastics to online travel, Todd has focused his energy on new products that break the mold and has received numerous awards for his work. Before joining Viewpoints, Todd was also a consultant for several major online brands helping them recognize where there was untapped opportunity to maximize ROI and leading several new product development initiatives.

Todd lives happily with his wife, three young kids and two large dogs in what some would call “the country.” On a daily basis, he has to take criticism from his colleagues for his 1:30+ hour commute. If only they knew what it was like to be able to work in Chicago, but then be able to go fishing at night and see the stars. Let’s see if he ever invites them to his incredible bonfires… The Koehler’s are also avid travelers enjoying their time anywhere they can find it.
